Tips for a smooth webinar experience

We want you to be able to participate in a broadcast without any problems. Below are some tips to ensure everything goes smoothly:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection
    Avoid overloading your internet connection during the webinar. Activities such as gaming, streaming videos or large downloads can negatively impact the quality of the webinar.
  • Do not use a VPN during the webinar
    If you are connected via a VPN, this may cause problems playing the webinar video. We recommend following the webinar outside your digital work environment, directly from your local computer.
  • Log in on time
    You can log in 15 minutes before the start of the webinar. This gives you enough time to connect and resolve any technical issues before the webinar starts.
  • Delay in live connection
    There may sometimes be a slight delay during a live broadcast. If the presentation does not start immediately at the scheduled time, please wait a few seconds.
  • Start the broadcast manually
    Don’t forget to press the “play” button to start the live broadcast when the webinar starts.
  • Use the correct browser
    For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser.
  • Interaction during the webinar
    Your feedback and questions are important to us. You can send questions or comments during the webinar via the Chat function or the QA module.
  • Problems loading?
    If the page freezes or does not respond properly, try refreshing the page.
