Recommended technical specifications for the broadcast

To ensure a smooth viewing experience, we recommend the following technical specifications:

  • Devices
The broadcast can be viewed on all modern computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Make sure your device supports a recent web browser.
  • Browsers
For the best experience, we recommend using an up-to-date web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Older browsers, such as Internet Explorer, are not supported and may cause issues.
  • Internet Connection
A stable internet connection is crucial. We recommend a minimum download speed of 4 Mbps for smooth video and audio. For an even better experience, a speed of 10 Mbps or higher is recommended. Whenever possible, use a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi for maximum stability.
  • Mobile Devices
If you are using a mobile phone or tablet, ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection. Using mobile data may be less reliable and could result in interruptions or additional costs.

With these specifications, you can follow the broadcast optimally without technical interruptions. If you still encounter any difficulties, please feel free to contact our support department for further assistance.
